Terms and Conditions are very simple:
Payment can be made thru Google Checkout or Paypal.
Respect:
- I treat all of my customers with respect, therefore I expect the same in return.
- We all make mistakes at one point or another. All problems can and will be resolved . And if there is a problem, just give me the opportunity to remedy the situation.
Pricing:
Subject to change based on the cost that I receive the product. The price that I receive these products change on every order that I place, including the ship cost that I pay to receive these products. The ship cost per item is factored into TOTAL item pricing on every order.
- Shipping:
I will only ship to a "confirmed/verified Paypal account", or credit card billing address. There are NO exceptions to this! This is to protect YOU, the customer (a stolen credit card for example), and me.
Once payment has been received/cleared, will ship the very next morning.
Shipping prices are listed in each product listing to USA.
USA Shipping Method: Standard Flat Rate Shipping, otherwise stated in each listing. Package & Handling costs are factored into sale price of each item. If you prefer Priority Mail, contact first for pricing.
- Return Policy:
All items are retail new, I do test 95% products that I sell prior to packaging for shipment. But if product arrives defective due to damage, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving, and return the product. A refund/credit will be issued on the product sale price, once the product has been shipped back, and RECIEVED by me. Return shipping is not refundable.
For multiple purchases on various items thru out store, once again,, CONTACT ME BEFORE purchasing, and I will combine the items and see if better than listed pricing per item. Increased ship rates, weight, box/package dimensions, and shipping zones have increased greatly. "Combining", depending on package/box size and weight, now sometimes doubles the cost these days.
I am not a big company, I don't recieve the best wholesale pricing on these products. TOTAL PRICE, is what I can sell, and deliver at.
